Years 1 and 2 are common for all Pathways. They are dedicated to the development of basic craft skills, while students are encouraged to reflect upon and develop their own personal learning style and strategies.

Years 3 and 4 offer the possibility of opting for one of the available specialization Profiles (Classical and Contemporary Performance or Instrumental Pedagogy or Vocal Pedagogy), with some Pathways offering Historical Performance as a third Profile (students having chosen from Year 1 the Harpsichord, the Organ, the Lute or the Viola da Gamba as their Pathways, will naturally follow the Historical Performance Profile in Years 3 and 4). Tuition is accordingly adapted to different possible future career outcomes for performers or educators.
